Recipe Ingrediants
Rice Flour - 1 cup
Butter - 1 1/2 tbl spoon
Vaamu (Ajman Seeds) - 1/4 tbl spoon
Salt - To taste
Water - little
Oil - For Deep Frying
Recipe Procedure:
Take bowl add rice flour,vaamu,butter,salt and little water. Add just enough water to make a soft dough.
Take muruku maker and fill it with dough.
Now heat oil in pan.Put the dough in muruku maker and press into hot oil.
Fry till janthikalu turn golden brown. Fry them on both sides.
