Story
SVSC story revolves around a village Relangi and a middle class family in the place headed by Prakash Raj called Relangi Mavayya, who is the most respectable person. He gives importance to human values and family relations than wealth and his two sons Peddodu (Venkatesh) is a straight forward natured emotional yet responsible person who doesn’t like to bow down among others while Chinnodu (Mahesh Babu) is charming, intelligent and attracts people with his witty nature falls for Geetha (Samantha), daughter of rich person (Rao Ramesh). Seetha (Anjali) an innocent girl lost her parents who have been raised by her Uncle Relangi Mavayya. She has feelings for Peddodu since her childhood. The story takes a twist that leads to dispute and parting ways between the brothers at their sister's (Abhinaya) marriage. How does the family deal with the situations forms the crux.
Performances
Venkatesh brings in lot of dignity to his role of a straight forwarded nature guy who has good love and affection towards his younger brother. Venkatesh does an emotional character that makes you completely accept him.
Mahesh Babu is natural, charming as always and he has an amazing screen presence. The Super Star is entertaining with his one-liners in Godavari slang and his comic timing is worth mentioning. His scenes with Venkatesh are a visual treat to watch.
Anjali steals the show as an innocent Seetha role. She has a good screen presence, despite not having many dialogues she impresses with her expressions.
Samantha is gorgeously cute and her chemistry with Mahesh once again rocks. The duo looked very cute in the film.
Prakash Raj has a meaty role and he is natural along with Jayasudha. Rao Ramesh is impressive, Ahuthi Prasad, Rama Prabha, Ravi Babu are entertaining.
Technical Analysis
Chains cinematography is on top class and the visuals looked colorful and rich throughout. The songs composed by Mickey J Meyer are lavishly shot while his songs are pleasant and soulful to ears. Background score by Mani Sharma is an asset. Dialogues are entertaining and editing is neat. Srikanth Addala scores good points for handling two top stars characters quite well, while his direction and story telling is decent.
Analysis:
The makers of SVSC have made it possible of bringing two top stars Venkatesh and Mahesh Babu together and Srikanth Addala managed to show very good chemistry between the lead stars. Seethamma Vakitlo Sirimalle Chettu works for its perfect casting. Despite the wafer-thin line story, excellent performances by the entire cast are the major asset. Mahesh Babu has pulled off the role with ease and his comic timing is amazing. Srikanth Addala has succeeded in showing the beautiful bond between the bothers and emotions and relationships in a family. The narration goes in a cool manner with no major twists or twirls in the story but the film is realistic and convincing without any cinematic drama. The ambiance in joint families and healthy relationships is naturally shown through the main character Prakash Raj that will definitely connect well with the family audiences. While the first half movies at a good pace, it’s the second half that gets a bit slow. The characters are introduced in the first half and the story begins only in the second half but there are feel good heart touching moments all through the SVSC. We get to watch top stars sharing the screen space very rarely and Srikanth Addala utilizez the opportunity in making it a feel-good drama.
Final Verdict
A captivating feel-good entertainer on relations and bonding!!!

Performances
Nani has adapted himself into the character and he has suited well from the school boy to the grown up matured adult. His body language was a bit stiff but his brilliance is seen during the climax episodes.
Samantha is all over the film. Yet again, her character is filled with soul and given her cute looks she has merged herself into it completely and scores wherever possible.
Krishnudu is the ice breaker in the film. His dialogue delivery, his body language and his comedy brings good amount of smiles. Though his role is brief he made his presence felt strongly.
Ravi Raghavendra was regular, the actor who did Nani’s father’s role was dignified, Anupama Kumar was apt, Vivek Pathak is neat. None of them really had scope to offer.

Analysis
Every filmmaker has his/her own style of storytelling and it is natural that audience eventually turns into fans for that person. Gautham Menon also belongs to that school but there is uniqueness in him.
Every film of his, be it action or romance genres, runs like a poem. There is a classical touch in his scene compositions, the camera angles and above all, the intensity shown between the lead pair.
So, it takes a different mindset to understand the flavor of Gautham. And to those who understand it, his films become symphonies. The other important aspect about him is the maturity level in the script. It might just be a romantic tale but the sensibilities in the characters are quite grown. Coming to this film, not all ingredients of Gautham Menon have worked here.
The biggest damage has been done by the background score. With due respect to the musical maestro, such subjects require tremendous support from music to drive the emotion but that didn’t happen here.
Also, Gautham was not that successful in showing the evolution of love with the required intensity.
The first half is quite okay and it just passes off without much effect. The second half shows some energy but then the same fluctuations exist. But Gautham always saves the best for his last so as the film progresses it picks up the momentum and climax strikes the target.
Overall, this is not as heart squeezing or gut-wrenching like Gautham’s earlier entertainers but it does ooze the juice of romance now and then.
And to see on the right side, the phase of school wherein the girl is focusing on studies and other activities while the boy is trying to gain her attention to the phase wherein the boy becomes the girl’s world and then the boy getting into the career tension, ego growing with age has been shown meticulously by Gautham. To those who seek entertainment and time pass will find this film not going anywhere. This is because the problems revolve around only two characters and it takes only one sorry to set everything right but that takes years to come out. That’s what is shown by the director.
It may not be a surprise to see mixed reactions from audience. In terms of commercial success, few doubts are there because it appeals only to one section of audience.
Bottomline: Watch it
From the time actress Samantha is back in action after being mysteriously absent for two months she has been in the headlines. On one end, many are curious to know what happened at that time and from another end, some are curious to know the reason for the change in her facial features.

Well, it is heard that Samantha has gone through a nose surgery and that didn’t work well. This is also fueling the speculation that due to her somewhat unusual look, she is being dropped from a few of her existing projects citing ‘creative decisions’. This could prove a deterrent to this Chennai beauty’s career if it continues.

But still Samantha has not lost her original charm and here is one picture wherein she looks really hot. Whether it is the nose job which misfired or it is our image of Samantha which will take a while to get adjusted to her new look, one thing is sure, the pretty girl has got enough material in her to be in the top league.
